Payments Terms

Thank you for choosing Apheus Solutions, LLC as your preferred retailer and service provider. All product and service purchases are governed by the Payment Terms Policy set forth. PLEASE READ OUR PAYMENT TERMS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept several forms of payment. Currently, we accept cash, check, and money order for local purchases. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. Please discuss your payment options with your account manager at the time of purchase.

PURCHASING SERVICES

We require full payment upon completion for any work performed for services rendered. For certain services, we may require pre-payment or payment secured with a major credit card prior to performing any work. We may require a retainer of up to 50% for any website design services rendered.

SALES TAX

We are required to collect sales tax on all merchandise purchases made within or shipped within the State of Indiana. The current sales tax rate is 7.0%. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.

FINANCE CHARGES

We will assess a 1.5% per month finance charge to any unpaid balances until payment is received in full. Uncollected balances over 90 days will be considered in default and subject to collections.

FAILURE TO PAY

If you fail to pay for any product or service provided in good faith by us, you may be turned over to a debt collection agency, reported to the credit bureaus, and/or face litigation. You will be responsible for all costs incurred by us to pursue your debt including those costs incurred with the collection of that debt.

RETURNED CHECK FEE

We will charge a minimum of $25.00 (or the maximum allowed under Indiana state law) for each check that is processed and returned by our bank.

APHEUS SOLUTIONS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WE SELL. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, SOFTWARE, OR INFORMATION; LOSS OF USE OR DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS, PERIPHERALS, OR OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE COMPUTER SYSTEM OR NETWORK; DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE LOSS OF ANY PORTION OF THE COMPUTER SYSTEM OR NETWORK; LOSS OF PRODUCTIVITY, PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED EXPENSES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WE SELL. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WE SELL.
